“Being a female in this industry means that I have to work harder than my male counterparts to get the same recognition, but I am happy to do it. I am pushing the limits of how us ladies are seen in the industry, a class that is growing so rapidly and I am genuinely proud to be part of this change, and you can be too!!”.
